This quote says that you should never let your fears stop you from doing things.Your fears will hold you back if you allow them. Just because you did not get the outcome you expected the first time, second time or even tenth time you try to do something, does not mean you should give up. You have to overcome your fears to succeed in what you want to achieve. Even the most sucessful people in this world did not acheive what they have the first time they tried. They worked hard and never gave up. Your dreams can become a reality!
